This fascinating itinerary, about 110 kilometres long and divided into three stages, winds among the fascinating landscapes of the Tuscany and Romagna Apennines among century-old woods, mediaeval towns and villages and places redolent of profound spirituality. The route, which follows the Way of St Francis, is perfectly mapped and marked out with the Franciscan yellow Tau, combined with the Italian Alpine Club red and white paint marks and the cyclist symbol, ensuring you have a safe and pleasant journey.
